These Terms of Use govern the use of the websites glazegroup.eu and glazefenster.de (the “Website”) by its visitors (the “User”).

The Website is operated by GLAZE Group Sp. z o.o., Ul. Zacisze 5a/1, 65-775 Zielona Góra, Poland (“GLAZE”).

By accessing and using the Website, the User accepts these Terms of Use.

The Website provides information about GLAZE products and services and enables contact. GLAZE offers in particular windows, doors, winter gardens, sun protection, gates and fences, pergolas, modular buildings and related services.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, information on the Website does not constitute a binding offer. Binding offers are made exclusively on an individual basis and in writing.

Product images, renderings and visualisations are illustrative. Colours, finishes and dimensions may differ for technical reasons.

GLAZE endeavours to keep the Website available without interruption. However, no claim to uninterrupted or error-free availability exists.

Maintenance, technical faults or force majeure may cause temporary restrictions. GLAZE reserves the right to change, supplement or remove content at any time.

Users may submit non-binding enquiries via the contact form. Mandatory fields are marked in the form.

The User undertakes to provide true and complete information. Submitting an enquiry is voluntary and does not create any claim to conclude a contract.

A contractual relationship arises only upon an express, individual offer by GLAZE and its acceptance by the customer.

Subscription to the newsletter uses a double opt-in procedure. Details are set out in the separate newsletter rules, which form part of these Terms of Use.

Consent to receive the newsletter may be withdrawn at any time. Details can be found in the Privacy Policy and in the newsletter rules.

Where documents, brochures, technical data sheets or other materials are made available for download, their use is permitted exclusively for the User’s own non-commercial information purposes.

Passing them on to third parties, editing, reproducing or any other use beyond the limits of copyright requires the prior written consent of GLAZE.

GLAZE may offer an AI-powered chat and video consultation appointments on the Website. Use of these features is voluntary.

AI chat notice: responses generated by the AI chat are produced automatically and are for orientation purposes only. They do not constitute technical, legal or tax advice and do not replace an individual offer from GLAZE. Only express, individual statements by GLAZE are binding.

Video consultation notice: a video consultation is non-binding. Binding statements – in particular regarding prices, delivery times and subsidies – are made in writing only.

Users undertake to use the Website lawfully and in accordance with these Terms, in particular:

• not to send automated bulk enquiries or attempt to overload the Website,
• not to transmit unlawful, insulting or misleading content,
• not to circumvent or interfere with technical protection measures,
• not to infringe the rights of third parties.

Content, texts, images, graphics, layouts and source code of this Website are protected by copyright. Any use beyond the limits of copyright requires the written consent of GLAZE or the respective rights holder.

GLAZE is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for damage resulting from injury to life, body or health.

For slight negligence, GLAZE is liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Otherwise liability is excluded.

GLAZE gives no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or currency of information provided free of charge on the Website – in particular information on third-party subsidy programmes.

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, available from the Website footer.

These Terms of Use govern the use of the Website only.

GLAZE reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use with effect for the future where this is necessary for legal or technical reasons. The version published on the Website applies.

Polish law applies. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the User’s country of residence remain unaffected.

Should individual provisions of these Terms of Use be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The invalid provision is replaced by the statutory rule.
